Raw Material Specification’s : Electrolytic Tough Pitch ( ETP ) copper is used with purity of copper to 99.90% and conductivity to 100% IACS ( International Annealed Copper Standards ) as per ASTM B 187.

Processes : Cutting, Forming, Punching ( Holes / Slots ), Bending, Tapping and Plating, (Tin, Nickel, Silver)

Bending : The minimum bending radius for copper busbar is equal to the thickness of the busbar. The minimum bending radius for aluminium busbar is equal to twice the thickness of the busbar.
